Greetings!
I pray you rested well and that you are excited about this Brand New Day ahead of us! Didn't you feel overwhelming Joy as you had your morning prayer, praise and worship time? I understand that there are some days when singing is a bit difficult but when we try despite of our mood, out of love and thanksgiving to our Lord and Savior, the reward of healing is overwhelming. Only the Lord can pour and renew our joy to our broken hearts. What a wonderful Savior, merciful King and loving Father we have! This is what his precious words teaches us about praise and worship: 15Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.16Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.17And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him. Colossians 3:15-17 This is an article on Worship in church, let me know what you think about it. Christians ought to craft our speech as much as we do our poetry. Do we speak intentionally? Do we need to speak at all? Do we speak truthfully? Theological statements have consequences, and our people hunger for the truth. In song or speech, we must handle the gospel with care.
