Vote on Social Justice priorities

social justice

The Social Justice team is in the process of determining its priorities for 2012. Our team is making this process external this year because we want to make sure that we know the issues that the Chapel cares about and develop a process around the social justice allocation in the budget.

Determining the chapel's priority areas is the first step in that process.

Please take the survey here!

Voter Guide

Wondering how to vote in the upcoming June 5th election?

Our Social Justice Team suggests reading the Courage Campaign's short and concise recommendations.

sanctuary press conference

On March 24th we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Sanctuary Movement here at the Chapel. The East Bay Sanctuary Covenant continues to support refugees and works for the rights of immigrants.

This week we received a letter from Sister Maureen summarizing the beginnings of the movement 30 years ago and the work that continues today.
