 Specially trained instructors will lead 50-minute interval cycling classes where participants can burn between 400-800 calories, improve fitness and posture, and enhance mental acuity.
"The JoyRide Method,"
is a proprietary training approach created by JoyRide's creative director, Rhodie Lorenz.
JoyRide classes will combine the core principles of Pilates with the excitement of indoor cycling to offer the ultimate in cardiovascular fitness. In addition, JoyRide classes will incorporate the use of light weights to provide a complete body workout.
Riders can select their own bike and "pay as they go" -- purchasing either individual classes or discounted class packages
Also offered is advanced online sign up, flexible scheduling, and state of the art sound and
