Meet Our New Instructors
Over the past few months we've seen a fair few new faces around the studios. Here's a brief introduction to our new instructors. Why not book a class & meet them in person?

Julia - withover 6 years of teaching Pilates, Julia brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Julia will be teaching at, and managing the South Yarra studio.

Kate N - a qualified myotherapist, Kate loved Pilates so much she retrained as an instructor. You can find Kate at Armadale on Saturdays. Book a session with Kate 
Louise - her background in gymnastics and dance led Louise to Pilates. She completed her course with Empathy Pilates. You can find Louise at South Yarra, Brighton and Elsternwick. Book a session with Louise

Sue - after having children Sue decided not to return to the corporate rat race & turned her love of Pilates into her new career. You can find Sue at Brighton and Elsternwick. Book a session with Sue Amy - in her former life Amy was a classical ballet dancer. She started taking Pilates classes whilst completing her dance training and decided to train as an instructor. You can find Amy at Elsternwick, Mornington & Brighton.

Olivia George - Massage Therapy
 I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, many of you would know me from the Armadale studio. I have been there for 7 years, and specialise in Remedial Massage, but also offer other modalities to suit individual needs.
My current experience outside of Armadale includes Collingwood Football Club and the Men's High Performance Gymnastic Team (Victoria). In January I completed my fourth year at the Australian Open.
I am passionate about health and wellness and believe that with my clinical skills and experience, my massage will make you feel fantastic.
