Greetings!
Join us this month for a discussion about consolidation of Fire, Rescue and EMS services in Collier County. This topic has been tossed around for over 25 years with no discernible change to the current duplication of services.
Member Duane Billington, who serves on the citizen consolidation advisory committee, will discuss the group's research and findings in a presentation called, "The Past, Present and Future of Fire, Rescue & Emergency Services in Collier County."
If you have not signed up to walk the walk at the Relay for Life, Friday, April 27, please click on the link to the right and make a financial donation to this worthy cause. If you are able to walk, the Relay starts at 6 p.m., on the grounds of the Golden Gate Community Center, near the bandshell.
On Saturday, April 14, we will host Bay Days activities in Golden Gate, targeting the Green Canal and the connecting southwest canal. Meet at the Community Center at 8 a.m. for directions.

Time to put the signs out!
 Help Get the Word Out! Help us promote the Association by placing a sign on your yard or property. If you have a friend or neighbor who would like to post a sign, please take a sign for them, too. The signs are FREE and available at every meeting. It is advised that you post the sign the Tuesday before the meeting and then retire it the night of the meeting until the next month. Civic T-shirts
 Civic Association t-shirts will be available for sale at the next meeting. The shirts are $10 each and are available in small, medium, large and extra-large. The shirts will be worn during community and fundraising events to represent and promote our association.
