This Week's Laugh...

One Million Positive Impressions? It Can Happen!

Watching the politics play out as Collier County officials work to bring Jackson Laboratory to Collier County, the discussion was based strictly on dollars and cents.

What was missing was the personal side of the issue - how this company has touched the lives of everyday people in our communities and why it will improve the quality of life in Collier County.

The solution - create a website to host those personal stories, allow the public to share their stories through social media outlets. One hundred avid fans can make it happen with only 10 interactions. Follow the story on the Yes2Jax facebook page and the Yes2 Jax website. Help make it happen by joining the Facebook fan page. Barron Collier Companies subsidized the expenses.

How to be Bill, not a bill...

We were working with a service company that has a large customer base. When asked how they interact with their customers, they replied, "If everything is going well, the only correspondence we have with customers is that we send them a bill."

The company owners have great personal skills - something soulfully lacking in their large national competitors.

Their website needed an upgrade that Word Press could probably handle, plus it's free. We also launched a Facebook business page that will help them utilize their social skills and build a more personal relationship with their fan base. The Facebook page features a link to subscribe to a monthly e-newsletter, as well as links to the website for more information. Total cost - $15 per month.

Online 'Finance 101' leads
to a
Successful Future

A local certified financial planner had a great idea to offer young people quick, easy, and cheap information to build a successful financial future.

His plan was to launch a website and wait for the business to flow in. Unfortunately, you can have the best product in the world and a website with all the bells and whistles, but it won't work unless it is seen by potential clientele. The goal - drive targeted clientele to your website...

In addition to the site, we are creating two financial blogs with a sophisticated and beginners library of financial information. By connecting with other financial blogs, we will create relationships with similar businesses to share content and attract the appropriate audience.
