Write A Book - Get a Publisher... Success!
We've been working with a client who wrote a musical children's play quite a few years ago, but never secured a publisher.
We were able to convert her typewritten manuscript into an emailable document, download her music to a CD and within a few weeks, we had wonderful news - a large publishing firm in England has accepted her play for publication!

Let's Get Off The Ball and Get Something Done!
It's a common story -- a group of non-profit volunteers struggle to get something done, overwhelmed with frustration and inability to move forward.
We took up our easel and walked -- to their clubhouse, where we conducted a
mini "Visioning" seminar. Time constraints were a serious issue, so
we set up a 2-hour Saturday morning session with plenty of coffee and guidance to help get them over the hump and on to a successful plan.
We finished with 5
minutes to spare. Our follow-up includes a strategic plan that will keep them engaged and communicating using online polls and documents that the whole group can share.
We learned a lot from the experience and are willing to bring similar success to upcoming events for you. The consultation is free. |
I've Fallen and I Can't Get UP
A local Day Care Provider recently moved and had to acquire a new client base. She had done quite well in attracting students and hired an additional teacher to assist with the growing school.
Now her goal is to attract a new base of students for a Tutorial business. Word of mouth has worked well in the past, now she needed to take that approach to the Internet.
We were able to save her $360 per year in web hosting fees, developed a plan to revise her Tutorial website to mimic the successful Day Care site, including gathering testimonials for more of a personal touch. We created a project time line, re-instituted a program for creating a monthly newsletter, and set a course to launch a tutor-oriented Blog.
All that was required was some coaching to keep her on task, as she suffered from writers block, distraction from other priorities and inertia. We'll conquer it together.
