| President's Message: An Invitation to Join Our Community |
|
These days it seems like everyone uses social media—my kids, my wife, and surprisingly, even I use it. Who would have thought? But really, how else would I keep track of my children? Actually, I’m just kidding. I appreciate these tools because they allow me to get more background on a person or business I’m interested in (LinkedIn) or stay up to speed with friends and family (Facebook).
|
Social media is simply an effective way to communicate. And that is why we decided to add social media to our Customer Service repertoire last fall. We recognize you are busy and can’t always reach our branch office. So we created a Facebook fan page to provide a forum on which you can ask customer service questions anytime, from anywhere. We won’t violate your privacy by discussing your personal finances, but we can promptly answer questions about our services.
Plus, we now offer the Solera Says news blog and Twitter to keep you apprised of our involvement with the community. Get more information about the monthly activities we host at our branch office, such as networking events and small business educational workshops. And follow us on Twitter in order to receive daily small business tips and links to articles that can help you grow your business.
We also feature local businesses and professionals each month in our Solera Says Profiles. Write us today if you think we should feature your business in our next e-newsletter. We send just eight out per year, and you can easily unsubscribe anytime.
We still value face-to-face interactions above all else, but we recognize you may need another channel with which to communicate with us. So now you have it. Please explore the Bank’s new social media platforms and use them to your benefit. And if you have any ideas about how we can do things better, please let us know. We want to hear from you.
Sincerely,
Doug Crichfield, CEO/President Solera National Bank |

What’s a Daily Business Tip? It’s a tip or trick that will benefit your business. Our Social Media team combs the Internet daily to bring you the latest business news, helpful articles, or tips that experts recommend. We also ask the experts who work for the Bank for their recommendations on everything from the 5 Cs of Credit to what it takes to get an SBA loan. Ask us a direct question on Twitter, or just follow us for Daily Tips!

Our ties are strong in the Denver community. Our affiliates include nonprofit organizations, chambers of commerce, small and large businesses, schools, and more. Each month we recognize an extraordinary community member or business by writing a feature article for the Solera Says blog and Solera E-newsletter. Let us know if you think we should write about your business by posting a note on our Facebook fan page. We look forward to hearing from you!
