Friday October 19, 2012: Registering Your Company for Eligibility to win Government Contract Awards and Marketing to Government Agencies - 

The Government is phasing out CCR and other online databases and replacing them with System Award Management (SAM).  This seminar at (9:30 - 12:00pm @ Gateway Community College) will advise you about SAM and instruct you on the SAM process.  Seminar will then focus on ways in which you can promote your company to government agencies and prime government contractors.

Attention Newtown Agricultural Growers - $14 million grant funds available

USDA Timing is tight - October 15th is the application deadline

The Rural Business-Cooperative Service of the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced the availability of grants through the Value-Added Producer Grant (VAPG) Program for Fiscal Year 2012. Approximately $14 million in competitive grant funds is available to help agricultural producers enter into value-added activities.
