This DVD features Jillian Hessel teaching the work of Carola Trier and Kathy Grant in a live, one day workshop held in San Francisco in 1999. This newly minted DVD is nearly 4 hours in length, and comes with a 52 page Teacher's Manual featuring beautiful, hand-drawn illustrations of the exercises.
New features include chapters and submenus on the disc, which has been subcompacted from two discs into one, thanks to the newest DVD technology! The navigation buttons allow students to skip around to specific areas of interest, and then follow along with even more detailed instructions in the accompanying Teacher's Manual.
The Manual has likewise been updated and re-written. I am really excited about this new multi-media tool for Pilates teachers, and am happy to offer the package at a reduced price of only $50.00.
