NASPOG | |
The North American Society for Psychosocial Obstetrics and Gynecology, is a Society of researchers, clinicians, educators and scientists involved in women's mental health and healthcare. Formed in the 1960s as a collaboration among Obstetrician Gynecologists, Psychiatrists and Psychologists, the Society's aim is to foster scholarly scientific and clinical study of the biopsychosocial aspects of obstetric and gynecologic medicine. Planning is underway for the NASPOG 2012 Annual Meeting. I encourage you to take a look at the excellent program and plan to attend on April 22-25, 2012 in Providence. The following articles and links will direct you to the program, abstract submission, registration and hotel reservations. The abstract submission deadline is December 1 so please submit as soon as possible.
Please circulate info about the Annual Meeting to appropriate colleagues especially ob-gyn attendings and trainees as well as mental health colleagues. This will be an excellent meeting and we would like to draw an attendance as possible.
Please email me any comments or suggestions for the meeting or how we can improve NASPOG at Teri_Pearlstein@brown.edu.
We hope to see you in April here in Providence for the Annual Meeting.
