We hope this note finds you continuing to do well and living your valued life. We have made changes to the dates of our fibromyalgia group, so please read this newsletter carefully if you are planning on attending.
Date Changes for
Fibromyalgia Support Group 
 
We have had to change some of the dates for the support group due to the availability of the conference room at the hospital. The new dates are listed below:

 

Monday 9/19/11
Wednesday 9/28/11
Tuesday 10/11/11
Wednesday 10/19/11
Monday 11/14/11
Wednesday 11/30/11
Monday 12/12/11
Monday 12/19/11

 

The time of the meetings will be 5:30-7:00pm. The meetings will be held at:

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital
2nd Floor Conference Room
235 Wealthy SE
Grand Rapids, MI  49503

More than the programs ...
At The Pain Center, all of our doctor's and therapists see patients outside of the programs. If you have a new injury, significant stressor, severe pain flare-up or need to adjust your home exercise program - come back to the team that you trust. We're happy to help.
