| Google Settlement Update |
 The Fairness Hearing on the Amended Settlement Agreement between Google and the Authors Guild Inc. and the Association of American Publishers was held on February 18 in New York at the U.S. District Court. No decision was made at the hearing and it is expected that it will be a while before a decision is rendered.

| Access Copyright Announces its 2010 AGM Speaker |
Access Copyright is happy to announce our speaker for this year's Access Copyright AGM: Jerry Brown.
Jerry is an associate partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He will be speaking at 1:00 p.m. on how creators and publishers can seize the opportunities presented by the emerging digital world. A familiar face at events such as MagNet and nextMEDIA Banff, Jerry's presentation is not to be missed.
