Participants in this event will learn about all aspects of IT Service Management, focusing on the strategy, design and operation of IT services. At the end of the event, participants will have a practical understanding of the ITIL lifecycle, recognize the components that make up service management and be well on their way to improving IT service management within their own organization.

HP's Race to Results Service Management Simulation, presented in partnership with the YTA, provides a practical overview and awareness of ITIL and IT Service Management. Set in the adrenalin-fuelled world of motor sport, participants will have a hands-on experience of how ITIL can dramatically improve business performance, focusing on enabling participants to understand the benefits of service management - right from the word "GO!"

This event is fast-paced, competitive and unlike any other IT learning experience - and the content is based on the best practices of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
