Greetings!

Welcome to the November issue of Park Life.

Find out about what we are doing to encourage drivers to slow down this winter, a new project to investigate the role the New Forest played during World War II, how your business could become a Local Information Point and why bats aren't as scary as they seem.

For those interested in 'greener' living learn more about the grants available from the Sustainable Development Grant.

We also launch our New Forest Olympic-themed open-art competition which will tour round the Forest during 2012.

Have you started thinking about Christmas yet? We have some great products in our online shop Forest Store, perfect for those who love reading, cooking and exploring.

Best wishes,
The New Forest National Park Authority team
