Impact of health care reform We are entering the final stages of the health care reform and expect a bill to be passed in the near future. We the consumer will feel the impact this year. Anthem just announced that effective 3/1/10 premiums might adjust more frequently than the regular 12 months period in the Individual Insurance Market. This is a significant change and I recommend to finalize your individual insurance before March 1st, so that you can lock in your rate for 12months.
