Dear Authorized and Prospective Members:

This was another successful year for HMI at The TCI EXPO and I want to thank everyone who stopped by our booth. In addition to showcasing our products and services, including the treeShield^® Service Warranty, we were able to coordinate tree removal jobs with our deployed Authorized Members (AMs) that were in the Hartford area to assist HMI clients impacted by the snow storm. As always, we felt that EXPO was an important event for HMI. It offered us a unique opportunity to meet with many of our AMs to discuss ways to improve our Network, products and services.

Regarding the treeShield^® Service Warranty, we were very pleased with the industry's reaction to the first structured warranty covering professional tree services. Based on the feedback we received during EXPO it's clear that treeShield^® can be an effective tool for our AMs to 1) deepen their relationship with their best customers; 2) grow market share; and 3) increase revenue. We heard many of you say that a product like treeShield^® has been greatly needed by professional tree care companies.
