FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEApril 13, 2010
Network Now Reaches 75% Of the U.S. Population

Cary, N.C. - HMI announced that their national network of professional tree care companies and certified arborists now covers 75% of the U.S. population in the lower 48 states. Through this network HMI offers a suite of treeClaims® Services to insurers, adjusters, property owners and others. These services include emergency tree removals, inspections, cause of loss opinions, replacement cost calculations and other support services for tree damage and landscape loss. Each of HMI's network members are experienced tree experts, fully licensed and insured as well as professionally trained in safety, tree risk management and heavy equipment operation.

"We have experienced rapid growth over the last 6 months and are now preparing for what is expected to be an active summer storm season," said Doug Malawsky, HMI's Chief Operating Officer. "HMI's capabilities to respond to our client's needs were proven this winter when we were able to provide hundreds of professional tree crews to support tree removals during and after the blizzards and severe wind events from the Mid-Atlantic to Northeast states. We were providing our clients with the highest quality tree care when resources were at their scarcest. I'm very proud of the way our network supported our needs, we didn't refuse a single client."
