As HMI is preparing with its insurance clients for Tropical Storm Ida (recently downgraded from a hurricane) we would like to coordinate efforts with our tree care partners that are located in or near the storm path, particularly in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Louisiana. It would be helpful if you would respond to this email and provide us with any of the following information:

1. The number of crews and type of equipment you will have available.
2. Whether you are traveling to the areas of the projected storm path to support recovery efforts, and if so, the location where you will be staging and all relevant contact information during your deployment.
3. Whether you are interested in receiving support from HMI's Authorized Members for your emergency response needs to support your clients.
