You may want to turn on your television set this evening and tune it to KCRA Channel 3.   

 

KCRA Channel 3 is going to air a 1 hour special on bullying tonight, October 9, 2012 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.

 

This special is designed to explore the causes and consequences of bullying and how parents, students and educators are working together to more effectively stop the problem. Channelk 3's Deirdre Fitzpatrick, Teo Torres, Lisa Gonzales, and a special audience of students, some bullied, some former bullies and bystanders will discuss how deep the problem goes, what's working to stop bullying and what's adding fuel to the fire.

 

Our TFAB (Task Force Against Bullying) group, made up of 6th graders, has been working these last two years to make Foulks Ranch a Bully Free Zone.  This program may serve to educate us all in just how prevasive BULLYING is in our society and our schools.
