New Premier Office

Greetings!

 

After relocating to our new offices, Premier have received an overwhelming positive response from new and existing customers. Since the opening we have received many more enquiries which has led to further business and sales across all of our divisions. 

 

We have also invested in upgrading our office systems to further enable us to continually improve the service standards we offer.

 
The move has given us much more window space for properties as well as a large flat screen TV to showcase special offers.

During the last 16 months Premier have averaged over 3 property sales per month, completing on 43 resale properties with an additional 6 resale properties currently under offer

Premier AbseilLady Elizabeth Leos Club charity abseil in Lliber
 

20 Leos and sixth form students from Lady Elizabeth, and 14 other adults  including 3 brave Premier representatives dared to step into space at Lliber.

 

 

Children's cancer charity Aspanion were presented with a cheque for more than €11,000 after all the sponsor money had been collected. 

  
Initially the money raised was to send children and their siblings on holiday but the Leos would now have enough to provide new furniture for accommodation for families visiting sick children, colouring books and pencils to amuse the young cancer patients, and a network of volunteers to sit with youngsters and give parents a rest.
  
Mary Smith, a member of the Jalon and Orba Lions expressed her gratitude to Premier Villas of Jalon for sponsoring the event and paying for the equipment and the team of experts running it,"
  
Premier were pleased to donate over €1000.00 to this worthy charitable cause.

Premier For Sale SignPremier are rolling out the newly designed "FOR SALE" signs across our property portfolio.
