Resale Property Division | During 2010, Premier sold 37 resale properties with an average commission fee of 2.5% per sale. Via our website we have received over 65,000 visitors and 510,000 page views.

During 2010, three properties were sold in the €300,000 zone as well as one being sold at over €400,000! This tells it's own story and those with property in these higher priced areas will have to be patient, but rest assured we are now recieving enquiries for properties in the higher price ranges. |

Expanding into New Premises |  Premier take over the Jalon office vacated by Hamiltons of London
Premier have been established in their current Office since 2004 and have seen excellent growth in the sales, long term rentals, luxury holiday rentals and property management services, which has led to an increase in the number of internal and external staff needed to maintain its very high service standards across the sectors.
So, when the opportunity arose for a larger office, we thought it was a natural progression to re-house our expanding company. The new office is being completely refurbished and should be fully operational by the end of February. We will inform you nearer the time of the official opening date.

Our company has always gone that extra mile in relation to customer service, constantly striving to find the right caliber of people to work with us. We pride ourselves in the efficient friendly way we look after our customers and I would personally like to congratulate the 14 members of 'Team Premier' for their massive commitment to the company during 2010 and also the additional support staff. Feedback from our holidaymakers has been fantastic, with many already rebooking for summer 2011. The four individual Franchise Teams are supporting the Premier 'Property Owners' with our on-going Pool Maintenance, Key in the Door, Garden and General Maintenance Services. Supporting Charitable Causes |
 Premier Villas Spain held their 4th annual charity Christmas party on 2nd December at La Pista in Jalon.
There was a fantastic turnout which raised €1000.00 on the night. Chris Hara,matched this and doubled the total raised to €2000.00.
The first donation of €1000 went to purchase computer equipment for the children of La Virgen Pobre School in Jalon. The remaining €1000 was donated to the Leo's - The Junior Lions, made up of pupils from Laude Lady Elizabeth School in Lliber. The Leo's are helping children with cancer and have a number of events coming up which Premier will be sponsoring.
The major event to raise money is a sponsored abseiling event in Lliber on 12th February 2011, with some of the Premier staff kindly braving the elements in aid of this fantastic cause.
