What has the CKCA and Crown King been up to? |
 - GREAT NEWS! The IRS has approved our submittal for tax exempt status! So now, if you would like to donate or contribute to the Crown King Community Association, you will be able to write if off.- Crown King Community
Association (CKCA) Annual Meeting Minutes of May 1st, 2010 Click Here
- Thank you Adam Knight for volunteering to help with the tech side of our website and newsletters!
- Membership: We ended 2009 with 162 members, so far in 2010 we are up to 120. See below for more details.
- The Crown King Community Survey is still open! Many of you have opened but not completed your surveys. Remember that everybody in your household who is a CKCA member can complete the survey. Please contact Meara if you did not receive one or if it ended up in your Spam/Junk mailbox. The purpose of the survey is to gather data from all property owners and all permanent residents of the Crown King Community. We need the data so we can have a record of what issues or concerns exist in our community. After the survey we will categorize the responses and rate the issues on importance. The data at this point can then be used to meet with County, State or Forest Service departments.
- IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT ALL
PROPERTY OWNERS AND RESIDENTS PARTICIPATE IN THIS SURVEY! Only 29 of you have opened and filled
out your survey. If you filled out your Census, you should also fill out
your Crown King Community Survey. We need ALL residents & property
owners to participate in this survey so we know where you stand on
issues affecting your community right now! Please help encourage
participation, without our community - the community association cannot
move forward.
- Would you like to feature your business on our newsletters? Please see the FAQ page for details or contact Meara
