MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR! |
|
Greetings!
We have had a very busy fall. November 5th marked the 14th Anniversary of our ministry. We were very blessed to have joined with Christian Fraternity Church in Surrey, B.C. to celebrate together.
We also took a team of our Bible students from the International School of Destiny to Central America from Nov 18 - 30th. We were involved in city wide crusades in El Salvador and Guatemala, graduating Bible School students from the Prison in Esquintla, Apostolic Gatherings and non-stop ministry. God is so faithful as we experienced His glory with many signs and wonders and miracles. Central America is embracing the shift and God has brought us into relationship with many Apostles in these regions. We are forging a new Apostolic sphere of influence called "Harvest Coalition International" that includes Apostles from 5 nations at this time.
We have also been involved in some Apostolic Roundtables in Vancouver and in the USA, which have broadened and strengthened our revelation. God is shifting and we are in a new cycle. It's time for us to arise and to rule and reign and bring proper governmental authority in our land. The end result being Ephesians 4:13-15, "till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting."
It seems like time is flying by and now we are in the Christmas Season. We want to take this time to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. Take time this season to read the Christmas story with your family from Luke 1:5-56 through 2:1-20 and celebrate Jesus' birth. Our Father in Heaven loves us so much that He gave us the ultimate gift - Jesus Christ. Jesus is the reason we celebrate!

| THE NEW CYCLE |
|
We just finished 14 years of ministry and during our Anniversary Celebration God showed us some amazing things. He works in cycles. Look in the Word of God and you will see so many examples of cycles of 7 from creation in Genesis to the 7 Churches and the 7 Scrolls in Revelation.
God has something new. In 2 Kings 4 God talks about provoking the miracles of God and provoking God's power because God is the God of wonders.
14 years...2 cycles of 7. God works in cycles of 7 and we have gone through 2 cycles. Just like Jacob, it was 7 years and he needed to be fragile in God's hand to be used in a mighty way. Something special is about to happen as we finish this 2nd cycle. We are about to enter a new cycle!
In the first year of a cycle God places you. It's a year of discipleship where God calls you and the cycle begins.
When God created the earth He started a cycle of 7. The earth was void and empty. When God called Jacob he had bad habits. God had to deal with him. God is going to do something different and new!
Leviticus 19:23 says God sees us as trees and wants us to have fruit. We must be pruned so there is a cycle for each tree. The 1st year talks about circumcision, the fruit is bitter and should not be eaten. The fruit that falls from the tree is called uncircumcised. The fruit might look beautiful but it is for you - not to be eaten by others yet. It is for our own good. God deals with you, God wants to change us into a vessel for His glory.
1st Year - Discipleship - sit and learn, leave the fruit to rest, God is going to cleanse the heart soil
2nd Year - Servant hood - Listen
3rd Year - Friendship - Uncircumcised Fruit
4th Year - Opportunity - Luke 13 talks about the Fig Tree
5th Year - Establishment - things begin to change, you must not give up, you must not stop, you must finish the cycle, don't get stuck! God enables you to endure, and then you are ready for the 6 year
6th Year - Good Leadership, year of the Harvest, great multitudes, leaders you can trust
7th Year - Refreshing, Revival, Provoke Miracles
The cycle that is coming carries DNA that we must put to work in our life. Just like the 7 churches in Revelation each church represented a historical period. In this new cycle we are starting out with experience and knowledge. Just like Joseph, it took years for his dreams to come to pass, but he stayed the course. Jacob had the promise and wrestled with God then he was ready to fulfill the dream. God has fresh oil for this region! God is provoking miracles in these places!
2 Kings talks about the prophet Elijah. How many of you are ready for fresh oil?
The woman went to Elijah (there is always a covering)
1. Call out to God - Go to your Pastors and Leaders
2. In order for miracles to happen there has to be a great need
3. We need to cry out in anguish, get desperate!
4. You always have something to give to God - she had an empty vessel
This new cycle has waves and waves coming, times of refreshing, waves of My Spirit says the Lord, and everything shall prosper! I have given you the experience, the foundation and the power to bear My glory!
As we wrapped up the conference, we prepared a "Rod" for Pastors Abdias and Leidin and their church. We began to prophecy and declare and decree over their church and our city of Vancouver. The Fraser Valley will see His glory! We called up all the ministers at the service and they began to pound this "Rod" on the land declaring their authority. We decreed Isaiah 60:1-3. Then we called out each nation and people who were of each decent came forth to declare their God given authority in our land and to call in the harvest for our region. It was a very transitional time...a shift happened in the heavenlies as we came together with each nationality and the congregation of Christian Fraternity Church. |

THE SHIFT IS ON |
|
On Sunday November 15, we drove a peg through our pulpit
as a prophetic sign that we have shifted!
Let's reflect on the mantle that is on Canada. The maple leaf on our Canadian flag represents healing for the nations and the foundation of Canada was built on the Word of God by God fearing men.
So here are some questions to ponder at this time in history:
What is the sphere of authority that is operating in our land and how are we aligning with that sphere? What are we aligning ourselves to? Is your authority lining up with the Kingdom of God?
Let's look at 6 things:
1. Do we have a cause? Are we being driven by it? It's time to shift from being needy to moving in our God-given authority. A Pastoral mindset is meet my needs, meet my needs, meet my needs, but God is raising up governmental authority in the land. We are moving from the Empire Spirit of building our own kingdoms to a Kingdom Spirit where we enforce and represent the Kingdom of God.
2. Authority is released. Authority is what gives you the right to act within a kingdom system. 1Corinthians 15:23 says, "But each in his own rank and turn: Christ (the Messiah) [is] the firstfruits, then those who are Christ's [own will be resurrected] at His coming." It all started in Genesis 1:26-28 when God gave man complete authority and dominion over all the earth.
3. The Church is our stronghold, a place where God rules and reigns, not just a place of need. 2Samuel 5:17 says, "When the Philistines heard that David had been anointed king over Israel, they all went up to find [him], but [he] heard of it and went down to the stronghold." God wants each of us to rule and reign, not just have "our best life now". Our city has been lying in ruins too long and He needs us as His ambassadors to reinforce what He has already done! Church must be a place of strengthening, a place of alignment where God lines us up with the plumbline of His justice and righteousness. God loves us and disciplines those He loves. Yes it hurts when He shifts us, but God is resurrecting the ashes of destruction. We are to be a city set on a hill. Our light is to shine bright in the nations, regions and cities of our world.
4. Mountains and Valleys form our society. The gateways of authority in our land include: Media/Communications, Religion, Entertainment/Arts, Government/Politics, Commerce, Education, Sports. We need to become the Gateway to release God's authority in these realms to influence our society. Psalm 24:7 says, "Lift up your heads, O you gates; and be lifted up, you age-abiding doors, that the King of glory may come in."
5. Freedom! Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is Liberty and Freedom! God has given us the Spirit of Might to function in the Kingdom of God. We must go forth and displace kings in the natural realm and let the chips lie where they fall. Daniel 2:44 says, "And in the days of these [final ten] kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, nor shall its sovereignty be let to another people; but it shall break and crush and consume all these kingdoms and ii shall stand forever."
6. God is not going to waste His assets any longer. We are in a shift and Empires are coming down. God has given us a destiny to govern and rule and reign. Isaiah 22:15-24 tells us what will happen when we enforce God's Kingdom. God wants to fasten us like a peg in a firm place and hang upon us His Kingdom power, authority and dominion! This is what will bring glory to our Father's House, this is what will effect the next generation.
We must operate in God's Kingdom with power, authority and dominion. It's time for us to take our place. The shift is on as Apostles arise in the body of Christ. His government is being established. Revelation 11:15 says, "The seventh angel then blew [his] trumpet, and there were mighty voices in heaven, shouting, The dominion (kingdom, sovereignty, rule) of the world has now come into the possession and become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ (the Messiah), and He shall reign forever and ever (for the eternities of the eternities)!"
It's time for us to arise and shift to a new level - to rule and reign from the stronghold of Christ's church. Don't get stuck in neutral because you won't have any traction and you'll start rolling backwards. It's time for us to stand up - we have an inheritance and in that inheritance we have been given all authority. We must keep building ourselves up in our inheritance! Satan would like for you to forget about your inheritance so you would never realize your place of authority or power or dominion in Jesus Christ. Satan knows that when you realize what you have been given, then that power you walk in would make you absolutely dangerous to him!
It's time...our communities, cities and nations have been lying in ruins too long!

Updates from: El Salvador and Guatemala - Nov 18 - 30, 2009
We had the opportunity through the twelve days in El Salvador and Guatemala to be part of two national conferences. The theme was "My House Is Your House". The questions posed were, "Whose house are you building? Your house or God's?"
We started the first 3 days in La Union, southwest El Salvador. Many churches had gathered together for this three day conference. We saw many leaders and people get impacted and challenged about what God has in store for us in the future. We stayed in La Union for Sunday morning and had an incredible service. We saw many salvations and deliverances.We also had the honor of ordaining and anointing Apostolic Prophetic leaders for 2 different churches. In the evening we travelled to the Church of the Good Samaritan. There were so many miracles! Many people were set free from their infirmities. We also anointed Douglas and Merna Riveria as the Apostles in their house.
Then we travelled to Guatemala where we graduated over 100 Bible School students from the Esquintla Maximum Security Prison. They received diplomas and certificates for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year. About 20 received a Bachelor's of Theology Degree for the completion of 3 full years.
We spent the next day at Casa Elabanza in Villa Nueva under the direction of Apostle Francis and Edith Armstrong of Third Day Worship Centre, Kingston, Ontario. They have secured a large structure and are currently preparing to receive children. They have been one of the partners in Central America for years and have now taken on this project. We will be partnering with them to fulfill this vision to help children.
On Thursday we started a three day national conference in Villa Nueva, Guatemala. Many leaders attended as God released a prophetic sound the for the next season through many of us speakers.
On Saturday we met with Apostles from the nations of Canada, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and the USA. Our discussion was on the emerging Apostolic Reformation that is upon us. We formed "Harvest Coalition International" which is a group of Apostles with like hearts and minds. Together we want to walk with a world view of the purposes of Christ.
On Sunday we had the privilege of ministering at House of His Presence Church in El Progresso, Guatemala. This is an exciting church that has just purchased a hotel. It is exploding with a hunger and passion for God's presence. We ordained and anointed Apostle Abraham and Prophet Eunice as the overseers of this house.
This is exciting to see as this church has grown from a handful of people to over 1000 in just a few years. This young couple have an Apostolic Mantle for their region. The glory of God was truly upon the services there. It was a great way to end our trip!

We are an evolving church that is bringing hope to the world. Destiny Centre allows people to engage in active service in order to experience the "habitation" of the Lord. The Lord said He would gather all nations and tongues and they would come and see His glory. As people rally to this sound of life, relationships are built that the Lord will sustain and transform.
