Dear Friend of Canyon Ranch Institute,
Spring is a time of growth and rejuvenation. Here at CRI, we are thrilled to see seeds we planted years ago blossom into cherished partnerships and evidence-based programs that are bringing light and hope into so many lives. With your generous support and enthusiasm, the CRI Board of Directors, partners, and staff achieved in just three years the outcomes that were established in our Five-Year Strategic Plan (2008-2013). To ensure that we can keep this momentum going, please take a moment to let us know how you would like to join us in making a difference. In Good Health, Jennifer Cabe, M.A. Executive Director and Board Member Jennifer@canyonranchinstitute.org |

Celebrate National Nutrition Month
Are you eating for optimal health? The American Dietetic Association named March National Nutrition Month, and this year's theme is Eat Right with Color. There's no better time to examine your food choices and make sure you're painting your plate with brightly colored fruits and vegetables. Nutrition is a cornerstone of integrative health, which is one of the main components of the CRI Life Enhancement Program (CRI LEP). CRI partner Urban Health Plan in the South Bronx, NY, is commemorating National Nutrition Month through nutrition activities and events for their patient community.
