Vic and Denise Munson, owners of Erlanger Window Cleaning (EWC), presented to Construction Management majors in Daryl Orth's class at Northern Kentucky University. Their goal was to attract interns that want to help develop an efficient estimating model using proven standards and then idientify the tools and develop the process to document the job. This project will include a study of variables to include the condition of glass, cleaning type, window cleaner speed, size of glass, and means of access. The solution must support EWC's goals of safety, quality, and
productivity.
