The Key to Unlocking a Locked iGO e-App®

iGO e-App users are required to lock an application in order to qualify for the signature process. But things happen after you complete an application, and there may be a reason to go back in and make edits.

 

In order to unlock an application, you'll need to:

1.       Log back into iGO e-App

2.       Click the "View my cases"option

3.       Click on client's name to open the case; this will open up the "Case

          Information" tab

4.       Click to the right of that on the "Application" tab

5.       On the left-hand navigation bar, click on "Lock and Unlock Data" 

          (Note: screen names may vary)

6.       Click the "Unlock Application" button

 

Keep in mind that unlocking an application will cancel any signatures that have been completed. Remember, after making edits to the application, you will have to re-lock the application and resend  a new e-signature e-mail to your client. Have questions?
