New Beginnings
 Greetings!
Please join us as we celebrate our new beginnings after a month of many flood-related changes. We endured a brief run in with Mother Nature as our floors and walls were inundated after Hurricane Irene. Since we know that everything happens for a reason, it is how we handle hardship that really matters. Thankfully we have recovered fully! Not only have we recovered, but we have done some redecorating, hired some new service providers, fixed up the website and gotten brand new floors! It is like a new beginning. As we call ourselves a wellness center, it is necessary that we live it and not just preach it. We live with understanding that we are here to provide for you and even a storm can't stop our mission. We strive to be a place of healing, and in the times where we are required to heal ourselves, we must rise to the occasion and be an example for you and all of our clients. We have made it through the storm, and have made improvements along the way! Look for an exclusive invite to our holiday open house. Thanks for so much and we will see you real soon!
Respectfully,
Stephanie Lightfoot Owner, Good Life Wellness

New Faces
We are excited to introduce two new members of the Good Life Wellness team, Jessica Sleight and Rev. Navasha Daya.
Jessica studied Five Element Acupuncture at the Tai Sophia Institute, earning a Masters of Acupuncture, and is currently continuing her studies in Chinese Herbs there. She has also completed an intensive apprenticeship that focused on using acupuncture to treat sports injuries. As a lifelong runner, she is very interested in combining the holistic benefits of acupuncture treatment along with a focused therapy to heal other athletes.
Navasha's credentials and experience are impressively diverse and distinguished. As a Holistic Wellness practitioner, Reiki master teacher, ordained interfaith minister, spiritual advisor, women's healing circle facilitator, and music educator, she is widely versed in all facets of spiritual life. For the past 12 years, she has provided an eclectic range of services that cater to the mind, body and spirit. She utilizes both Western techniques and Eastern philosophies, empowering the client to take charge and implement healthy and lasting behaviors.
