My Lessons Learned at Face Place

What an amazing journey it has been learning from the loyal clients and the amazing service providers at the Face Place. I have learned a lot about the 37 year history of the Face Place. I heard stories from clients who have been coming here since its inception in 1977! This blows my mind and makes me truly want to find out what makes this place tick.
It seems like the Skin Care Providers and Massage Therapists are why people come here. Most of them have been working here for over 10 years... It's the one-on-one, personalized touch that creates such a long lasting relationship. I started as a massage therapist at the Face Place years ago and know the value of great customer service and building long standing relationships. I want everyone who walks into the Face Place to know that we value your time and your business and hope to maintain the highest standard for our clients.
I know many of you have been asking about the receptionist service that we have answering calls during our closed hours. I assure you that when we are open, you will get the familiar voice that you know from the Face Place and we will continue to keep that personal touch for our clients. Our answering service is only there to assure that you get scheduled any time you call instead of having to wait for a call back once we open during business hours.
Please know that I am happy to speak with you about any concerns or suggestions, and want you to know that the Face Place depends on you, as much as you depend on us.
