Introducing the "Member Freebies" Program
What is "Member Freebies"?

It's sooo easy!
"Member Freebies" is a member appreciation program created to reward loyal members for their commitment to fitness.

As a member of club, you will earn "freebie" points by using the club's services, referring a friend, family member or co-worker which you can accumulate and redeem for "freebies" & "discounts" at The Fitness Factory.  Redeem points for protein shakes, smoothies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and lots more....

Ask us about it during your next workout.

How do you lift heavy and fast in the same set to reap maximum benefits?

Post-Exhaustion Training:  You've probably tried the pre-exhaustion method before, which involves performing a set of an isolation exercise followed immediately by a compound movement.  Continue reading....
