Important Notice

LINC Payroll provider will change on July 18

From time to time LINC reviews its service providers to ensure we are selecting the best company for our employees. As the result of a recent review, LINC will switch payroll companies from ADP to Paychex on July 18, 2011. Paychex graded significantly higher across the board when compared to other firms, including ADP.

This change is good for the company and supported by staff at LINC. However, as with any change, there will be some new procedures. We hope to ease any anxiety around the switch by informing you about the changes.

What WILL change:

All full-time employees must enroll on the new website MyPaychex.com. This site will be used to enter all time starting on July 18.

Step-by-step instructions for registering are available by clicking here, or contact your supervisor for help.

Requests for time off will be entirely online using the new system.

What WILL NOT change:

Vacation and sick time accrual will not be affected by the switch. All accrued hours will be transferred to the new system.
The Flex Spending Account (FSA) benefit will continue to be administered by ADP, and your account(s) will not be affected.
Employees will be able to continue to use to use their ADP Total Pay cards.
The pay schedule will not change; all dates are still the same.

Supervisor training for the new system is underway.

The training will explain the new online system and answer questions employees may have about the transition.

We want this transition to be as easy as possible for everyone.
