When Turrini & Brink first opened its doors 35 years ago, the world was a different place. A family could move into a new single-family home for $34,900 and buy a popular new car for $3,700.  Men wore bell-bottom trousers.  Women danced to disco in platform shoes.  All in the Family, MASH, and the Mary Tyler Moore Show were playing on 19-inch Zenith picture tubes.  Microsoft was not yet founded.   
 
Many things have changed since 1974, including our name, but one thing remains the same - T&B Planning's loyal commitment to our clients.  The past 35 years have taught us that our success depends largely on:

In 1974, the country was in a deep recession and inflation was high.  Land developers had previously relied on large consulting firms that only possessed a cursory understanding of the land entitlement process.  We offered a fresh and specialized approach to land use planning and design that included strong project management and a thorough attention to detail.  T&B Planning quickly gained a reputation as a firm that could forge strong relationships with public officials and advance projects in a cost-effective manner.

The expertise and personal attention that set us apart in 1974 continues to define T&B Planning today.  Due to our personalized management style, small size, and emphasis on innovation, we can typically complete projects faster, more efficiently, and more creatively than larger firms that are entrenched in a "corporate" mindset.  As a result, even in the toughest economic climates, we continue to meet and exceed our clients' goals and expectations.  The synergistic integration of our planning, design, environmental, and graphics/GIS services has helped achieve the approval or certification of hundreds of successful planning and environmental projects within budget and on schedule.
