We can connect regarding what you are interested in achieving and come up with the perfect solution to meet your needs. I also offer discounted rates to clients that are interested in setting up numerous sessions, so there are MANY possibilities - I have a "whole bag of tricks" that I can offer you and we can mix and match different services if needed.

yes - EMOTIONS. Some people like the word and others cringe! Even
though this is a "charged" topic for some, it can also be a blessing.
Our feelings/emotions are so amazingly powerful - they are one of the
MAIN things to focus on when practicing attraction and manifestation.
The more we get comfortable feeling our feelings, the more we ALLOW
things into our lives.
I am teaching a
workshop /meditation that will assist you in getting comfortable feeling
your emotions in your body. My intention is to guide you into a safe
and nurturing place to "be with" those places that are trying to get
your attention.
This course will provide ease with presencing how you FEEL so you are able FEEL your way to your desires!

VISUALIZING YOUR HEARTS DESIRE
Do you have trouble visualizing the things that you want? Have you been studying the Law of Attraction and find that you have trouble with this particular tool? Do you want to enhance your visualizing experience and learn how to make this a powerful tool for creation? If so, please join me in this exciting workshop!
I am so pleased to offer this workshop because I do so much meditation and visualizing myself. With this class, I intend to support you with learning visualization enhancement tools to make the experience as *real* as possible for you. If you have been studying the Law of Attraction, you know that your brain does not know any difference between what's "real" in the outside world and what's "real" in your mind. I have personally found that visualization is a POWERFUL tool and can support you with bringing in your heart's desire if the experience is as enhanced as possible.

MIND CHATTER
Some people call it "monkey mind", "the voice in my head", and some call it Mind Chatter. All in all, it's the "stuff" that's going on in your mind that's keeping you OUT of the present moment. If you are someone who seems to have chatter often and is looking for a way to soften the voice and learn to make peace with it so you can consciously create your day instead, this is the workshop for you.
I have found TREMENDOUS value out of the tools that I will teach you in this class. I myself, used to allow the mind chatter to run my whole day, causing stress, anxiety, mood swings and all around discomfort. After long years of allowing the chatter to take over, I started to develop body issues due to all the anxiety I was producing!
After I learned about Mind Chatter and used the tools to consciously create instead, I attracted so much PEACE and JOY in my world again.
