Whew! 2008 is almost over and the excitement or 2009 is quickly arriving. I am not sure about you, however I am SO grateful for all that 2008 taught me. Wow, what a year of growth and transformation.
This past year I must say that I was "digging through the trenches" of old emotional (and even physical) traumas. When I bought my "We'Moon" calendar last year for 2008 and looked up my horoscope, it mentioned that this year would be all about going inward and making space for what 2009 was going to bring. I guess I am bringing in a LOT because, boy, did I move out some stuff!
I am so grateful for all that I have been through and know that I have not been alone. Serving some of you this year has shown me how CONNECTED we all really are. Each time I was processing something, I would have a session with someone on the table and be giving the advice that *I* needed. HA! That's why I LOVE doing what I do - the "reflections" are beautiful and ever so humbling.
What was 2008 like for you? What are you grateful for? For some of you, it may have been a perceivably "rough" one, yet, what have you learned? What do you think this year was preparing you for in 2009? As most of you know, and as I mention to some of you in your sessions, everything happens for a reason so what are you creating for 2009 from all the "work" you've done from this past year?
With all my sessions this year with myself and others, I see that we are all becoming more "heart based". We have long been thought and mind based, now we are all moving DOWN the chakra system into our hearts once again. By taking this shift, it opens you up to old stuff from the past, bringing up issues of love, trust (a big one for some) and letting go. Almost *everyone* I have served this year has been making this transition and it's been a doozy for us all. Being heart based is beautiful, yet it can be scary. There is a LOT that we hide inside that sacred place - past lives (if that's your belief system), memories, traumas, etc. - the list goes on and on. However, the more we move into the heart space, the more we trust, allow people in, feel connected to ourselves and the whole; and love, openly.
With our hearts open, our minds clear and our bodies happy, we will all transcend the lower frequency energies that keep us perceivably bogged down - and there's one way to do it - start "thinking" from the heart. Feel things more, rather than think them. Our emotions are the indicator of where we are - the better your feel, the closer you are to who you are. Our spirits are PURE bliss and joy - that's how you know you are getting more in touch with yourself, by literally *feeling* better. The more relief you have, the more connected to yourself (and your heart) you are. It's that easy!
I am in SUCH an amazing place nowadays to be of service to others in this realm. That's why I heal myself this way, so I can "make space" for the people I serve. I look forward to connecting with those of you who are ready for your next steps into the heart space.

NEW AFFILIATIONS
As I mentioned in my introduction, I have been making a lot of changes and transitions this past year and there have been a few companies that have supported me tremendously. They were so impactful that I decided to become an affiliate!
Becoming an affiliate is something new for me and I wanted to make sure that I partner with companies that are in alignment with who I am.
I have personally participated in trying products (via books, supplements, etc.) or taken workshops from the people I am now "playing with". If you have any questions about any of the workshops or products from these companies, let me know so I can support you!
