Another significant and profound year is coming to completion in PachaMama.
Now during the rainy season, the village will rest for the next months.

As this season is ending PachaMama completes its first cycle of 13 years since it was born, December 21, 1999 until to today it has grown into a healthy, solid community and energy field.

In India 16 years ago, Tyohar introduced the vision to create an alternative, natural conscious way of life.  He traveled around the world planting the seeds to cultivate this vision, when the time was right, we moved to a barren land in 1999, just before the millennium as pioneers; without electricity or water, camping and bathing in the river, meeting for satsang and meditations under the stars.
We arrived and started to meet the forest that is has organically grown into a solid healthy non commercialized, village and transformation center.

In all of these years, tens of thousands have been touched, there have been many highlights, countless expansive moments, as well as the challenges to help us to grow, recreate, renew the commitment, the intention, the direction.
Along the way, we realized we need to keep the hand on the pulse because routine can create stagnation and it is our duty to stay alert and fresh.

Before starting the next 13 years cycle,

continuing and taking it to the next level,

Tyohar decided to take a time out, to recharge,
to get a perspective over this beautiful project and to give space to PachaMama to crystallize its intention in his absence.

Time will tell how long the sabbatical will last but in this lifelong journey,

to take commitment for another cycle doesn't have to happen automatically or with impulse.

The PachaMama Family takes this moment to offer a generous NAMASTE to Tyohar for the sacred work he has done and for manifesting a vision that many say is like a dream come true.
