TRAIN YOUR TEAM

Would you like to see members of your command working more effectively together? If so, schedule this interactive TEAM  WORKSHOP and allow members to develop a team charter as part of their commitment to each other and the Army's mission.

This workshop pairs well with the Kolbe A Index. Give members the tool that helps them understand their own instinctive strengths and natural talents while allowing them opportunity to build on each other's abilities.

KOLBE A INDEX
Kolbe Index
The Kolbe Concept holds that creative instincts are the source of mental energy that drives people to take specific actions. When people act according to instinct, their energy is almost inexhaustible - like water running downhill. But when people are forced to act against their instinct, their energy is rapidly depleted - like water being pumped uphill.True leaders give people the freedom to be themselves. Kolbe's unique assessments and diagnostic reports provide managers at all levels of an organization powerful new ways to maximize people's strengths and improve performance. Leaders who use the Kolbe System™ consistently exceed expectations by:
·         Assigning jobs suited to instinctive strengths
·         Building synergistic teams
·         Reducing obstacles that cause debilitating stress
·         Rewarding committed use of instinctive energy
·         Allowing for the appropriate use of time
·         Communicating in ways that trigger the use of natural instincts

Contact us by email or call (404) 756-2469 to learn more about Kolbe's customized leadership development programs for your TEAM.

Leading Through Conflict
Conflict
Learning to deal with conflict from a Biblical approach is the focus of a new SLD workshop titled Leading Through Conflict. Building on trust and getting to peace requires attitudes and actions built on strong character that includes Humility, Courage, Integrity and Justice. Conflict is inevitable, but getting to peace is possible. Recommended for officers, corps leaders, directors and key employees.
