The Biology of Transformation
How to make peace while leading change. By Jim Van Yperen

Jim Van ImperenTransformation, like salvation and sanctification, is the work of God through the Holy Spirit alone.  A leader cannot change anyone.  Rather, the leader's task it to present a pathway for obeying God's will.  Without communication there is no relationship; without relationship there is no trust; and without trust, all change is forced.  Presentation and invitation are the essential keys to leading redemptive change.  Download the entire article.
Jim Van Yperen is President of Metanoia Ministries and one of the  remarkable presenters in this year's Regional Training event. Metanoia Ministries exists to "recover and grow redemptive community in the church". The mission is "to critically engage the way Christians have come to think about and practice being the church in order that the church might be restored to its biblical, communal roots". This is transformation in action!

I invite you to visit the Metanoia Ministries website where you will catch a glimpse of the transformational training that is waiting for you at regionals this year. Darren DeGraaf will help us improve our ability as leaders of transformation.  Select one of the dates above to attend this March or April.

Sincerely,
