Greeting From Arrow President 
My dear Salvationist friends,
A great leader is great because they live - without compromise - the call to mission that is on their lives. They are also great because they inspire others to carry out that mission together. I believe Jesus was and is, a great leader because he served his Father's mission without compromise and has inspired many people over the centuries to carry it out. His life, death and resurrection served the greatest need of people for all time: to transform them through a personal relationship with the God who created us.
At Arrow Leadership we champion the cause of developing leaders from the inside out, to transform them to be led by, lead like, and lead to Jesus. That's why we love working with you through the Jack McDowell School for Leadership Development. Whether we meet at a regional training event, or as a participant in the Arrow Leadership Program we love being together in this. We're inspired by your commitment, and resonate with a common heart and understanding of what it means to be a leader today. Our partnering together is a picture of the Kingdom - spurring one another on for the sake of Christ.

From the SLD Director 
In anticipation of our three Regional training events taking place next March and April for officers, LeaderBuilder will continue to provide proven and practical resources for missional leadership. I believe that God is calling leaders to higher levels of transformational living and leading. If the Army's mission is anything, it is transformational. It inspires us toward an unshakable faith that lives can be turned around, attitudes can be changed and new vision can emerge, in spite of tenacious traditionalism. These are times of transition. I guess Adam could just as easily have made that statement to Eve as they made their way out of the Garden of Eden. In fact, every generation has to ask itself some foundational questions that arise out of the transitions of our times. More... |
