City Center Gallery launched the new year with an exhibition of large-scale paintings by local artists Stefan Hoza and Adam Johnson.

Featuring four projects located in Columbus neighborhoods, this exhibition explores the way in which creative design responds to the essence of the moment.

Tracing Lines follows power lines and infrastructure within the landscape; these lines are vital to our way of life, yet somehow they remain just outside our conscious focus.

The conceptual aim of Object/Imprint is to exhibit artists who have transitioned from a traditional art making mediums into non-traditional realms while maintaining a fixation on objects that typify those root traditions.

  2012 Idea Lab Grant Cycle Now Open 

Have an idea for a project that serves the community?  The OSU Urban Arts Space provides project support for innovative and entrepreneurial ideas through Idea Lab, a student-run project incubator that transforms OSU students' ideas into reality.  Any Ohio State University student from any department is encouraged to submit a proposal to receive project support.  For more information or to download an application, visit uas.osu.edu/idealab.  Applications are due by January 6th, 2012.
