Boy is it hot!  The other day I was out opening the door at 6:30 and you could just feel the heat beginning to set in.  It was pleasant but you knew what was coming.  It brought me back to my summers at Lake Panamoka.  I would get up at 7am and ride my bike to the general store to pick up the daily papers and deliver them to the lake residents.  It was nice and quiet except for the cicadas and dragon flies buzzing.  The sun was already bright and as I began my ride it was pleasant but soon enough the beads of perspiration began to show.  By the time I finished my route I was ready to jump in the lake.  Such are the memories of vacations past.

          Next week July 25^th thru August 1^st the bakery will be closed.  As is our very popular custom all bakery products will be 50% off from 1pm until closing on Sunday July 24^th, excluding anything pre-ordered.  We are strict on the 1pm time so 12:55 is not 1pm.  We have always sold everything at this great deal so we can start brand new when we return.  Everyone enjoy your summer and we hope to enjoy our week off as well.
