Greetings! Snow, Snow, Snow! I think we all have had our fill. The bakery lost several days as I couldn't ask our bakers to brave the roads in the middle of the night while the storm was raging. The ice of this week may have been worse. I hope everyone made it through safely.
This winter reminds me of my freshman year in Syracuse. That year's snow fall stands as a record still today. They plowed the garage upper level and dumped the snow off the edge. We had a pool going for the date the last of the snow pile would melt. I remember it was after Mother's Day.
Our plow man has done a wonderful job, our lot minus a few spots is pavement clean. The pile on one side is over 20 feet tall, perhaps we should start a pool with our pile.

This is the weekend of the big game. We were all disappointed that our Jets are not participating - perhaps next year. We are making our Super Chocolate Mousse Bowl especially for game day. This is a pure chocolate bowl molded from our top grade Belgian chocolate then filled with our rich & creamy chocolate mousse. It won't matter who's winning with this party pleaser. See our special weekend price below. If you are afraid of this rich indulgence we will have our popular football and helmet cakes and of course plenty of football cookies and cupcakes!
Last week I had some chicken cutlets in my refrigerator so I cut them into strips and made some BBQ chicken sandwiches. I think it would make a great pick up dinner for the game. You can find the recipe below. Next week is Valentine's Day and we will be sending out a special edition email, please look out for it. Until then enjoy your days. Sincerely, Rich Reinwald Reinwald's Bakery
