A Special Valentine's Recipe from the Reinwald's Home Kitchen!

Grilled Tuna Steaks with Asian Sesame Crust
1/2 c soy sauce 1/4 c chopped scallions 2 Tbs lemon juice 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp grated fresh ginger 4 Tuna Steaks 1/2 c sesame seeds 1/2 tsp corn starch
 1. Combine soy sauce, chopped scallions, lemon juice, sesame oil and ginger in a zip lock bag. Marinate Tuna for about 20 minutes. (do not throw away this marinade) 2. Preheat counter top double sided grill to highest temperature setting. Coat the steaks with sesame seeds on all sides pressing to make sure they stick. 3. Spray the grill with a non stick spray. Grill the steaks for about 3 minutes. remove from grill and keep warm. 4. Pour excess marinade into a sauce pot and bring to a boil. Add cornstarch, stirring with a whisk. cook for about 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
