Everyone at Reinwald's Bakery Hopes you and your family and friends enjoyed a peaceful Thanksgiving. The bakery was closed on Friday so all our employees could have the entire Thursday with their families without worrying about their early start time (2 am) on Friday.
We all came back on Saturday with a new sense of purpose and long to do lists to start our preparation for Christmas. All truly enjoy making our unique Christmas treats though at times the pressure shows. After all we only have three weeks until Christmas eve.
Carole and I truly appreciate everyone who visits the bakery. We understand that you may go out of your way or make an extra stop to shop here. We try to make all our products worth your extra effort. We use only the finest ingredients and have highly skilled workers. Our bakers have over 300 years experience collectively. We have two Certified Master Bakers, a Certified Cake Decorator, and a Culinary Institute graduate.
People often come up to me and say that our cookies are the best they have ever had. Many bakery salesman say the same thing. Pick up a tray this holiday, perfect to bring to a party or just leave on your counter at home. Order a tray online for pick up or delivery and we will include a small sample of our German Christmas cookies with your order.
Thanks to all our E-club members for reading my ramblings. I hope all of you come in for your end of the year gift. This year's gift is a unique hot plate/bread warmer that was made specially for Reinwald's Bakery by a small Kiln in upstate New York. We had a limited number made and who knows it may be a collector's item one day. I used mine on Thanksgiving by putting it hot in the bottom of our bread basket and it worked rather well.
