"It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare: it is because we do not dare that they are difficult."

When we read beautiful, inspiring quotes like this, we may automatically think 'dare to act': dare to confront someone, dare to begin a new venture, dare to ask for a raise, dare to end a painful relationship.
For a yogi or yogini, the biggest dare of all is to dare to meditate. To stop acting, in a way.
'What's so daring about that?' you might think. Well, if it's so so easy, why aren't you doing it?
Deep in our hearts, we know meditation is the final frontier. It's difficult, but only because you haven't dared to do it.
Dare to meditate.
