MASTER CLASS WITH PETER RIZZO
As many of you know already, Peter is a delightful teacher who brings the wisdom of yoga along with beautiful instruction in the intricacies of some of the more challenging asanas.
We spend time warming up with interesting moon and sun salutations and then move onto a deeper practice. If you are fairly conversant with yoga, then you will find Peter's class engaging, challenging and just plain fun.
You will be able to work with your body's wisdom to make modifications as needed or to simply ask for help. Always a challenge for us Americans.
Peter teaches in New York City, Brattleboro and London. He trains teachers and nurtures all whose life he touches.

JOIN US AND OUR GUIDE TO SALUTE THE EVER SO WELCOME LONG SUMMER DAYS
Around the time of the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year,
Bethany Boulger
will be guiding us through an extended series of sun salutations.
We are hoping to hold this event at the Bennington Battle Monument
It will begin at 7 and end when we're done.
You are free to join us for some or all of this practice.
