Wedsnesday noon with Tracey Forest - a moving, vigorous flow class.  1 hour-all levels. 12noon

Thursday morning with Rebecca Healy - an active and focused class - all levels.  930AM

Very Beginner Yoga on Thursdays with Donna Myers - 6-7PM.  For the newer student, the student coming back.

Saturday Morning Pilates with Donna Menneto - all levels welcome.  9am
