  Today we are going to show you how to start your horse neck reining. It is always a great thing for a horse to know even if you are an english rider and use a direct rein most of the time.
 
If you want your horse to truely be a "handy" horse, neck reining is a "MUST"...it is hard to open and close gates if your horse doen not understand the fundamentals of neck reining. 
 
Teaching a horse to neck rein takes time and patience. It isn't a hard thing to teach a horse but it take a bit of practice .
