Happy 4th of July!

This is a very special holiday at Mountaintop Ranch because it is birthday weekend for myself and my horse, Chicklet.

In this weeks Mountaintop Minutes, we are celebrating Chicklet's birthday with her favorite treats and her favorite activity...SWIMMING!

She has been swimming since she was 2 weeks old and 16 years later, she still loves to swim.

Unfortunately, I thought I was taking all these wonderful videos only to find out my camera was not recording...UHG!

I did get some great snapshots...this one is of our summer apprentice,Amanda swimming with Arnold. He just loved it!

We took 5 horses that are here in training and they all went swimming and enjoyed their first experience in the water... thanks to the wonderful training staff at Mountaintop Ranch and Chicklet's olympiad example!

Enjoy the video and treat your horse to a delicious summer snack just as Chicklet enjoyed her birthday treat.
