A new feature at PCA's Youth Sports Nation blog invites you to ask PCA the questions you face as a coach or sports parent. Periodically, we will pose a submitted question to Youth Sports Nation to gain as much helpful input as possible. Then we will post an answer written by PCA staff.
Our first question: "As a high school volleyball coach I have the chance to put together a team loaded with skill and talent. But I know I also should include some players who have a great attitude and work ethic, even if they are less talented. How do I strike the right balance?"
