Coenzyme Q-10 for Heart Failure?
|
 In our
latest Medical Minute, cardiologist Eugene Chung, MD, discusses the use of
Coenzyme Q-10 supplements in treating heart failure - a condition where
weakened heart muscle leads to shortness of breath, excessive fatigue and fluid
overload. Coenzyme Q-10 is an important part of the pathway by which the
heart's cells generate energy; but does this "vitamin" really help patients
with heart failure? Visit our website and click on Medical Minute to find out! |
